Get ready for 6 weeks of workouts designed to keep you burning calories and staying warm for the fall season! Each week, we will have a different workout format. We will include weights, cardio, intervals and more!
At the end of the 6 weeks, we will celebrate with a group night out! We can decide if we want to go for wine, a movie night, a fun run anything goes!
