Winter Stride Strength

Are you just learning to run? Or maybe just getting back into it after a break. Or maybe you’re gearing up for the ski and snowboard season and you’d like some lower body conditioning?
This enrollment is designed with winter activities in mind. The winter can be long, and running outside can be daunting… so these workouts are geared towards strengthening the muscles required for running (core & legs) and working on your cardio endurance. All while being warm indoors!
This class is suitable for all fitness levels and babies, toddlers and kids of all ages are always welcome!
