I am a Hot Mama because...

I have a true passion for health and fitness, and I know how great I feel after a workout. It takes a lot of strength to be a Mama, and I know that everything seems to fall into place a little easier when I am feeling strong. I am excited to promote health and fitness and help other Mamas feel strong and healthy, all while having our kids right beside us watching!

Joining the Hot Mama team and building my own Hot Mama community is the best decision I have ever made because...

I have a true passion for health and fitness and love working with and inspiring others to do the same. I have always wanted to own my own fitness biz and super excited to have the opportunity to do so with Hot Mama! I am a mama to two active boys who play hockey, soccer, baseball and swim too! It is important to me that I am a fit and healthy Mama so that I can keep up with their active lives and be an active role model not only for them but for other Mamas in the community too!

Teaching for Hot Mama is...

The best part of Hot Mama! I get to create workouts that are both challenging and fun, and I love seeing how awesome the Mamas feel after a workout!

Meet my family...

I am beyond grateful for my amazing and super supportive husband Trevor who I have been married to for over 18 years. Our oldest is Tyler who is 12 and I admire his perseverance in everything he does from playing sports to being such a hard worker at school. Our youngest is Hayden who is 10 years old and truly has a heart of gold. He is our little joker but puts a smile onto everyone's face that he meets. I am so thankful for my amazing family!

My favourite part of my body is...

My legs, I love working my legs and also that they are strong enough to support me in keeping up to my kids in all the activities that they do.

I can often be heard saying (or yelling)...

Go go go! You only have 20 seconds, you can do anything for 20 seconds! Seems to motivate not only myself but my Mamas at the classes too!

My favourite healthy snack is... But secretly I would rather be having...

Popcorn...cause really this should be a full meal right?? My favorite food would have to be nachos with cheese.

My perfect Sunday morning is...

Going for a run or a workout and then grabbing a tea. Then heading off to watch my kids play sports.

My dream vacation is...

Staying at The Atlantis hotel in the Bahamas

My favourite way to indulge myself is...

The Spaaaaaaa! I love a little time relaxing at the spa, massage...yes please!
